- In France :
The Martinique Master Plan for Development and Water Management (West Indies) : technical assistance to the regional Council for the preparation of the County Master Plan for Development Works and Water Management, covering the technical aspects (demand/resources, qualitative aims, proposals, etc.), and the organization of working parties. The Plan was approved in 2002. Assistance mission from the DIREN for its reconsideration in 2008.
Arc Valley Water Management and Development Scheme (Provence): technical assistance for the analysis, development of scenarios, mapping, and the organization of working parties. The scheme was approved at the end of 2000.
- Internationally :
Senegal river water charter : In 2000, the OMVS (Office for the Senegal river Development), an organization common to Mali, Senegal and Mauritania, awarded SCP a contract to prepare a Charter to solve different conflicting uses of river water between irrigation, hydro electricity, fishing, navigation and nature in the National Park
